Zealous witness

A witness who exhibits excessive eagerness or bias in their testimony, potentially undermining their credibility in court. Such a witness might appear overly committed to one side of a case, offering unsolicited information or expressing strong opinions. Judges and juries evaluate the demeanor of a witness to assess the reliability and objectivity of their statements during trial proceedings.
