Course of performance

A sequence of conduct between parties to a particular transaction that involves repeated occasions for performance by either party and acceptance or acquiescence in the performance by the other. This pattern of behavior can be used to interpret the terms of an agreement. It is a key factor in contract interpretation under the Uniform Commercial Code.
