Commercial tort claim

A claim arising in tort if the claimant is an organization, or if the claimant is an individual and the claim arose in the course of the claimant's business or profession. This type of claim does not include claims arising from personal injury or death. It is often relevant in secured transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code.
