Harass

To engage in a course of conduct directed at a specific person that causes substantial emotional distress in that person and serves no legitimate purpose. This behavior can include repeated unwanted contact, threats, or intimidation. Harassment is often prohibited by law and can lead to civil or criminal penalties.
