Durable power of attorney for finances

A legal instrument that designates an agent to manage the principal's financial affairs, including banking, investments, and property transactions, even after the principal becomes incapacitated. This document allows for continuous management of assets without the need for court intervention. It remains in effect until revoked or the principal's death.
