Estate by entirety

A form of concurrent property ownership available only to married couples, where each spouse owns an undivided interest in the entire property. This type of ownership includes a right of survivorship, meaning that upon the death of one spouse, the surviving spouse automatically inherits the entire property. It also provides protection against creditors of only one spouse.
