Undivided interest

A form of ownership where two or more individuals hold rights to the entire property, rather than to a specific portion of it. Each co-owner has the right to possess and use the whole property, but their ownership share is a fractional interest in the total. This is common in joint tenancies and tenancies in common, where each owner can sell or transfer their share.
