Coparcenary

A form of co-ownership of real property, usually arising through inheritance, where two or more heirs hold an undivided interest in the same estate. Each coparcener has an equal right to possession and enjoyment of the entire property. This type of ownership is largely obsolete in modern common law, having been replaced by tenancy in common.
