Fiduciary

An individual or entity entrusted with the power to act on behalf of another, placing the other's interests above their own. This relationship requires the fiduciary to exercise the utmost good faith, loyalty, and care in managing the affairs or assets of the beneficiary. Examples include trustees, executors, and corporate directors.
