Franchisee

An individual or entity that purchases the right to operate a business under the established brand, system, and trademarks of a franchisor. The franchisee pays fees and royalties and agrees to adhere to the franchisor's operational standards and guidelines. This party is responsible for the day-to-day management of the franchised unit.
