Lease option

A contract that combines a lease agreement with an option to purchase the leased property at a future date. The tenant pays rent and, in exchange for an additional fee, gains the right to buy the property at a predetermined price within a specific timeframe. This arrangement provides flexibility for both the tenant, who can test the property, and the landlord, who secures a potential buyer.
