Gross lease

A type of commercial lease agreement where the tenant pays a fixed, all-inclusive rent, and the landlord is responsible for all property expenses, such as property taxes, insurance, and maintenance. This provides predictable costs for the tenant. It contrasts with a net lease, where the tenant pays some or all of these additional expenses.
