To show or demonstrate clearly and overtly, often referring to an intention or a condition that is evident. In contract law, a "manifestation of assent" is required for the formation of an agreement. It can also refer to a document listing the cargo or passengers of a ship or aircraft, used for customs and regulatory purposes.
