Derelict

Property that has been abandoned by its owner, especially a ship or cargo at sea, without any intention of reclaiming it. In maritime law, a derelict vessel can be claimed by salvors who find it, subject to certain conditions and salvage awards. The concept also applies to land that has been forsaken by its owner.
