Moonlighting

The act of holding a second job in addition to one's primary employment, often performed during evenings or weekends. This practice can raise legal issues regarding conflicts of interest, non-compete clauses, or the use of company resources for outside work. Some employment contracts explicitly prohibit or restrict moonlighting.
