Omnibus clause

A provision in a legal document, such as a will or insurance policy, that covers all items not specifically mentioned elsewhere. In a will, it might distribute any remaining property not explicitly bequeathed to specific beneficiaries. In insurance, it can extend coverage to additional parties not individually named.
