Perjurer

An individual who intentionally makes a false statement under oath or affirmation in a legal proceeding or other official context. This person knowingly provides untruthful testimony or submits false documents, understanding the legal consequences of such actions. Perjury is a criminal offense punishable by fines and imprisonment.
