A legal right or claim to property, whether tangible or intangible, that allows an individual or entity to exclude others from its use or enjoyment. This interest confers a degree of control and benefit over the asset, often allowing for its transfer or sale. Examples include ownership of real estate, shares in a company, or intellectual property rights.
