Roadside test

A series of physical and mental exercises administered by law enforcement officers to assess a driver's impairment due to alcohol or drugs. These tests, such as the horizontal gaze nystagmus, walk-and-turn, and one-leg stand, are used to establish probable cause for an arrest. The results of these tests are often admissible as evidence in court.
