Temporary receivership

A court-ordered arrangement where a neutral third party, known as a receiver, is appointed to take control of a business or property for a limited duration. This measure is typically implemented to protect assets, manage operations, or preserve value during a legal dispute or financial distress. The receiver's authority is defined by the court order and is provisional until a permanent resolution is reached.
