Unenforceable

Describing a contract or agreement that, while perhaps validly formed, cannot be legally upheld or enforced by a court of law. This may occur due to a lack of capacity of one party, illegality of the subject matter, or violation of the Statute of Frauds. An unenforceable contract does not create legal obligations for the parties.
