Unreasonable

Describing conduct, a decision, or an expectation that is not based on sound judgment, logic, or fairness, or that exceeds what is considered acceptable under the circumstances. In legal contexts, this standard is often assessed from the perspective of a hypothetical "reasonable person." The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures.
