Landed cost

The total expense of a product once it has arrived at the buyer's doorstep. This calculation includes the original item price, transportation fees, customs duties, taxes, insurance, currency conversion, and handling charges. Calculating the landed cost provides a more accurate assessment of profitability than considering only the free on board (FOB) price of the goods.
