Adaptability

The capacity of a system or organism to adjust to changing environmental conditions, particularly in response to variations in climate or weather patterns. In atmospheric science, this concept applies to ecosystems, human infrastructure, and even meteorological models that can be modified to incorporate new data or improve performance. For instance, certain plant species exhibit high adaptability to drought conditions by altering their water uptake mechanisms.
