An aviation weather reporting code indicating 'Ceiling And Visibility OK,' used when specific favorable weather conditions are met. These conditions include no cloud below 5,000 feet or the highest minimum sector altitude, whichever is greater, and a visibility of 10 kilometers or more. There must also be no precipitation, thunderstorms, shallow fog, or low drifting snow present at the aerodrome.
