Cloud particle

A microscopic element within a cloud, consisting of either a liquid water droplet or an ice crystal. These particles form around cloud nuclei and grow through condensation, deposition, collision, and coalescence. Their size, phase, and concentration determine the cloud's visual appearance and its ability to produce precipitation.
