Describing atmospheric circulation characterized by rotation in the same direction as the Earth's rotation when viewed from above the pole. In the Northern Hemisphere, this rotation is counter-clockwise, while in the Southern Hemisphere, it is clockwise. This type of flow is associated with low-pressure systems and often brings unsettled weather.
