Magnetic induction

The magnetic field strength, also known as magnetic flux density, which describes the force exerted on moving electric charges within a magnetic field. In the context of Earth's atmosphere, it influences the trajectories of cosmic rays and solar energetic particles. The unit of magnetic induction is the tesla (T).
