Minuano

A cold, dry wind that blows from the southwest across parts of southern Brazil, Uruguay, and northeastern Argentina. This wind is associated with the passage of cold fronts and can bring a sharp drop in temperature, often accompanied by clear skies. It is a regional manifestation of polar air masses moving northward.
