Monsoon climate

A climate regime characterized by distinct seasonal variations in precipitation and wind direction, driven by the monsoon circulation. These regions experience a wet season with heavy rainfall and a dry season with little precipitation. Examples include parts of South Asia, Southeast Asia, and West Africa.
