Morget

A nocturnal land breeze that blows from the shore out over the water of Lake Geneva in Switzerland and France. This gentle, cool wind develops in the evening and overnight during calm, clear weather as the land cools faster than the lake surface, creating a small-scale pressure gradient. The morget is the nighttime counterpart to the daytime lake breeze known as the Séchard.
