Relative frequency

The proportion of times a specific event or outcome occurs within a given set of observations or experiments. It is calculated by dividing the number of occurrences of the event by the total number of trials. In meteorology, relative frequency can be used to describe the probability of certain weather phenomena, such as the number of rainy days in a month.
