Time series

A sequence of data points measured at successive, equally spaced points in time. In meteorology, time series are used to analyze trends, seasonality, and cycles in variables like temperature, precipitation, or wind speed. Statistical methods are applied to identify patterns and make predictions from these ordered observations.
