Periodogram

A graphical representation of the spectral density of a time series, indicating the strength of different periodic components within the data. It is used to identify dominant frequencies or cycles in meteorological variables like temperature, pressure, or wind speed. The peaks in a periodogram correspond to the most prominent periodicities.
