Wind factor

A numerical value or consideration that accounts for the influence of wind on a particular process or calculation. This can include adjustments for wind speed and direction when predicting the trajectory of airborne particles, the spread of fires, or the performance of aircraft. It is often expressed as a multiplier or an additive correction.
