Frac pump
Term · Oil and gas · MLC-T-OAG-001559
A high-pressure, high-volume pump specifically designed to inject fracturing fluids into a wellbore during hydraulic fracturing operations. These powerful pumps generate the immense pressures required to create and extend fractures in the reservoir rock. Multiple frac pumps are typically manifolded together to achieve the desired injection rate and pressure.
