Production string

The assembly of tubing, packers, and downhole equipment run inside the production casing to convey reservoir fluids to the surface. It provides a sealed conduit for oil and gas, protects the casing from corrosive fluids, and allows for artificial lift methods if needed. The production string is designed to withstand reservoir pressures and temperatures.
