Production tree

An assembly of valves, spools, and fittings installed on the wellhead of an oil or gas well to control the flow of fluids from the well. It regulates the pressure and flow rate, provides access for well intervention, and allows for the injection of chemicals. Production trees are rated for specific working pressures, ranging from 2,000 psi to 20,000 psi.
