Transformer model

A neural network architecture that relies on a self-attention mechanism to weigh the influence of different parts of the input data when processing sequential information like text or time-series data. This allows it to handle long-range dependencies more effectively than previous recurrent neural network architectures. The Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) family of models is a prominent example of this architecture.
