NAND flash
Term · Semiconductors · MLC-T-SEM-000223
A type of non-volatile flash memory that stores data in cells arranged in series, similar to a NAND logic gate. It offers high storage density and lower cost per bit compared to NOR flash, making it suitable for mass storage applications. NAND flash is widely used in solid-state drives, USB flash drives, and memory cards.
