Bottom curing system

Term · Additive manufacturing and 3D printing · MLC-T-ADM-000038

A method used in vat photopolymerization 3D printing where ultraviolet light projects from beneath the resin vat, curing each layer from the bottom up. The build plate lifts the printed object incrementally, separating the newly cured layer from the vat's transparent base. This approach is common in desktop stereolithography (SLA) and digital light processing (DLP) printers.
