Low-temperature deposition modeling
Term · Additive manufacturing and 3D printing · MLC-T-ADM-000208
An additive manufacturing process that builds objects by extruding and depositing materials at temperatures significantly lower than conventional Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). This method is suitable for heat-sensitive materials like certain polymers, waxes, or biological hydrogels. It minimizes thermal stress and material degradation during fabrication.
