Arthralgia

Pain experienced in a joint without objective signs of inflammation, such as swelling or redness. This symptom can arise from mechanical issues, degenerative changes, or systemic conditions affecting the joint structures. It is a common complaint in many musculoskeletal disorders and can be a side effect of certain medications.
