Neuritis

Inflammation of a nerve or a group of nerves, which can lead to pain, weakness, numbness, or paralysis in the affected area. This condition can be caused by infection, autoimmune disorders, trauma, or exposure to certain toxins. Optic neuritis, affecting vision, is a specific form.
