Lead colic

Severe abdominal pain caused by lead poisoning, characterized by intense, cramping sensations in the abdomen. This symptom is a classic manifestation of chronic lead toxicity and is often accompanied by constipation, nausea, and vomiting. The pain results from the disruption of smooth muscle function in the gastrointestinal tract by lead ions.
