Organoleptic

Relating to the sensory properties of a substance, perceived through the senses of sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing. These properties are used to evaluate food, beverages, and other products for quality control and consumer acceptance. For example, the aroma of a chemical compound is an organoleptic characteristic.
