Response constant
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-010267
A proportionality constant that relates the magnitude of an analytical signal to the concentration or amount of the analyte under specific experimental conditions. It quantifies the sensitivity of a measurement method. For example, in voltammetry, it relates the diffusion current to the concentration of the electroactive species.
