Synophthalmia

A severe congenital malformation characterized by the fusion of the two eyes into a single median eye or a single orbit containing two distinct eyeballs. This condition is a form of cyclopia, often associated with other severe facial and brain anomalies. It results from developmental defects during early embryogenesis.
