Tardive dyskinesia

A neurological disorder characterized by involuntary, repetitive movements of the face, mouth, tongue, and sometimes the trunk or limbs. This condition is a side effect that can develop after prolonged use of certain dopamine receptor blocking agents, particularly antipsychotic medications. The movements can range from mild to severe and may be irreversible.
