Universal indicator

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-012444

A mixture of several different pH indicators that exhibits multiple color changes over a broad range of pH values. This allows for a quick visual estimation of the acidity or alkalinity of a solution. The color displayed by the indicator solution or paper can be compared to a standard color chart to determine the approximate pH.
